the hotel was fantastic - from the friendly and English-speaking staff to the well-maintained facilities and beautiful pool and sauna. The kids' playgrounds and adorable bunnies and goats were a hit with the children. And the balcony with its soft carpets and fresh Alpine air was simply amazing.
The restaurant was a bit confusing as we didn't know we needed a reservation and the signage outside the hotel didn't match the name on booking. com.

The owners were fully involved in ensuring the best service for guests. The amenities, comfort, room size, and view from the room were all amazing. The hotel also had a sauna, fitness center, and pool, although I didn't have time to visit them. The nearby town of Gosau was wonderful, and overall, my vacation was ideal thanks to the lovely hotel.
While there were a few drawbacks such as the confusing restaurant situation and the hotel name confusion, overall, I had a great stay at the hotel. The location was perfect for visiting Hallstatt, and the facilities, including the pool and sauna, were wonderful.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in this city. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. The facilities, including the pool and sauna, were great. Parking was easy and the hotel had a bar and a playground for kids. The balcony had soft carpets and the Alpine air smelled incredible.
